On a very damp and windy day I caught the train to Tywyn as I had been invited to meet with Liz Porrett, General Manager (Operations) on the Talyllyn Railway.

On another beautiful sunny day I got the train to Borth early in the morning and travelled to meet Sadie Everard who is organising the annual Gŵyl Borthffest Borth Arts Festival which is over the Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend.

Graham and I recently travelled by train from Newtown and Caersws to Porthmadog to meet with the team from the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway and Wales on Rails.
