A recent visit to Aberystwyth highlighted the strong link between our rail network and Wales’s iconic walking routes. Meeting with Rhys, Promotion Officer for the Wales Coast Path and National Trails, we discussed the shared goals of connecting communities and improving trail access via public transport.

Transport for Wales' 'Adopt a Station' scheme aims to help improve links with local communities and customers living near unstaffed railway stations. Deb attended their annual Station Adopter Conference for the Cambrian Line volunteers to find out more about the scheme and meet the adopters.
