Meet Phil! Phil is a bit of a local celebrity in Welshpool for his running and fundraising achievements and this March he is taking on an epic 10 x 10K Challenge for Parkinson's UK Cymru and the whole community is invited to join him.

The Creative Hub are embarking on their 'Off the Rails / Oddi at y Cledrau' journey from Aberystwyth to Borth railway stations documenting stories and sketches, blending photography and textiles to reinterpret vintage posters you once saw at railway stations.

Writer Jon Gower is currently traveling the Welsh rail network to pen The Great Book of Wales. Commissioned by Transport for Wales, he is collecting 52 stories that capture the "everyday magic" of local stations. From the pioneers of Newtown to mermaid folklore in Criccieth, Gower’s work explores the human memories and cultural threads tied to the tracks.
