As part of Network Rail's activities for Mental Health Awareness Month 2025, they are hosting a special event at Aberystwyth railway station to promote mental health and wellbeing.

The event aims to bring together Network Rail colleagues, Transport for Wales, British Transport Police, and Samaritans to engage with the public. The focus will be on opening conversations about mental health, suicide prevention, and general railway safety awareness. This collaboration highlights their commitment to supporting each other and promoting positive mental health.

Choirs for Good will provide the heart of the event with uplifting songs and powerful ballads, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.

The event takes place on Saturday, 10 May 2025, from 12:00 to 15:00, at Aberystwyth station (front entrance). Bring along family, friends, and colleagues—it’s a chance for us all to connect and make a real impact.

Let’s support each other as part of this important month.
